Nike had an undeniable hit on its hands with last winter’s lineup of GORE-TEX equipped Air Force 1s, and they are set to return for Winter 2020-21. After we saw a boot-like high top with a lugged sole earlier in the month, we’ve now been given a first look at a new GORE-TEX Air Force 1 Low — and although its build may be winterized, its color palette is far more indicative of summer.

A light sail tone is chosen to cover the entirety of the upper, which is built from a blend of tightly-woven textiles and tumbled leather. These materials offer a look that’s equal parts rugged and elegant with just a touch of Travis Scott Air Force 1 flair, and the entire assemblage is lined with GORE-TEX’s climate-resistant technology. Besides the signature Swooshes and Nike heel hits, there’s also a co-branded tongue tag and a special embroidered GORE-TEX graphic on the side heel. The look is finalized by a sail midsole and classic gum outsole.

The Nike Air Force 1 Low GORE-TEX is set to hit stores later this Autumn, though an official release date has yet to be confirmed.
